However, this shows just how unbelievable the time of 9.69 seconds was that Usain Bolt ran the 100 in China. Bolt was like a bolt of lightening while Smith was like a mellow firework shot off from Fort Carson last Friday night. How can Bolt run that fast? He's something else!
